Paylocity Employee Lifecycle and Roadmap
Streamlined HR business processes through implementation of Paylocity HRMS and development of internal Paylocity roadmap, which outlined employee-focused strategy for configuring and deploying additional modules to encompass full employee lifecycle (applicant tracking, onboarding, time and attendance, expense management, performance management, and HR analytics).
Microsoft Excel Workshops
Developed a series of progressive, hands-on workshops training employees on Excel features and functions to improve proficiency and identify opportunities to apply time-saving features that could make operations more efficient.
Expense System
When we switched systems and no longer had an expense management module, I built a simple expense system using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Teams.
Documentation Template
I developed a template with macros that could be used to standardize system documentation. Macros made the process of adding screens, steps, or warnings fast and easy. Eventually this template was built into SharePoint and OneNote to facilitate creation of centralized document libraries for system maintenance and support procedures.
Quick Reference for Query Writing
Developed front and back desk quick reference for query writers with information about standards, processes, and best practices.
